CNRP banners will push for Sokha’s release

The CNRP launched a campaign yesterday

a

calling for the immediate and unconditional release of its president Kem Sokha, who is currently jailed on charges of treason.   

CNRP lawmaker Son Chhay said banners showing Mr Sokha waving from a vehicle in 2013 and the slogan, “President Kem Sokha: Immediate and Unconditional Release”, would be displayed across the nation.

“We have started to put banners of Kem Sokha in every party office, in all provinces, and we will consider spreading these out to district levels,” Mr Chhay said.
