Man arrested for double family murder and rape

arrested a man accused of killing his two-year-old daughter and 57-year-old father-in-law after his wife divorced him because he raped her mother.

Sam Sak, deputy chief of the provincial police, identified the suspect as Eng Samnang, 26, who was transferred to the Phnom Penh major crimes unit after his arrest. Bun Visal, a major crimes unit police officer, said the suspect was accused of a list of violent offences.
