Police yesterday arrested a 26-year-old man
Seng Bunly, a Meanchey district police officer, identified the suspect as Uth Borey, who allegedly threatened to kill his wife Sim Chnalida, 24, and her mother Kim Vannak, 55, yesterday at their home in in Boeung Tumpon commune.
Mr Bunly said the suspect accused his wife of having an affair. “He then took a gun and pointed it at her head and threatened to kill her,” Mr Bunly said.
